Problem
Transporters collect parts from many suppliers on one route, but the distance being paid and the run actually driven were never in the same system.
Approach
Approved routes become the master for payment, GPS and odometer readings confirm each run, both billing models are handled (distance per route and a province price matrix), and approved amounts flow to the ERP as purchase requests with a full audit trail.
